Each treatment is delivered with precision, care, and professionalism. Due to the personalized nature of our services, treatments are non-refundable once completed.

Should you have any feedback following your session, we invite you to contact us within 24 hours. Every request is reviewed with the utmost attention, in a spirit of respect and consideration.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Out of respect for our therapists' time, late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
